What is your turn around time?

• All media orders come with next day delivery, with the exception of video, which is a two-day delivery.

How can I place an order or schedule a shoot?

• You can place an order and schedule a shoot via our online booking portal. Once you enter the property details, you can select the services that you would prefer. Then after you've selected the services, you can pick the date and time that works best for you and your seller.

Does PacWest Real Estate Media Group have a Referral Program?

• Yes, we do! We offer a client referral program that rewards you with a $100 credit when someone you refer completes their first media photoshoot. Just have them use your unique referral code at booking. It’s our way of showing appreciation for spreading the word about our services. You can find your referral code either by logging into your dashboard or in the delivery email from any previous session.

Are there cancellation fees on scheduled appointments? 

• There is only a cancellation fee applied if the photographer is on their way or already on-site for the appointment when the cancellation occurs.
