They work really well when we plan them together, and the prep below is genuinely what makes the difference between a video you love and one you're stuck fixing after the fact. None of this is red tape — it's just what we've learned makes these turn out great.

How to book
Email media@pacwestrmg.com to get on the calendar. These don't go through our normal order form — every one of these is a little different, so we'd rather talk it through with you first and get the date set that way.
What we need before the shoot
Send your script and location plan to media@pacwestrmg.com — same place you booked, and it's watched by the whole team so nothing sits waiting on one person.
You write it, you know your voice better than we do. If you send it 5 business days ahead, we'll read it and send you notes — pacing, what's landing, what to cut. That consult is free and we'd really recommend it. If you book inside 5 days, we'll shoot it as written.
If you're doing the 3-video option, we'll need all 3 scripts.
Once we're 48 hours out, the script is locked. Rewrites on shoot day eat into your time on site.
Send us the plan ahead of time. Any number of locations is fine as long as we can get to all of them inside the time window — just let us know so we can map it.
Tell us horizontal or vertical, and whether this is headed to YouTube or to Instagram/Facebook/TikTok. That changes how we choose music, and getting it right up front saves a headache later.
Shoot day
- Up to 120 minutes on site, including travel between locations
- We direct you. You'll only need to memorize small pieces at a time
- We record your voiceover on site with our audio gear, so it's clean and matched. No recording it later on your phone
- Need more time? It's $150/hour, prorated
Delivery
First version in 48 hours from the end of your shoot.
Revisions
3 rounds included.
A round is one set of notes sent to us together, covering everything you'd like changed. Send them all at once and we'll knock them out in one pass — that's what keeps this fast for you.
Revisions cover the edit: pacing, music, clip order, on-screen text, color, trims.
Revisions don't cover things we'd have to re-shoot — how a take came out, wording changes, wardrobe. Once we're editing, those need new footage, not a new edit.
If you're doing the 3-video option, it's 3 rounds across the whole project, not 3 per video.
Additional rounds are $75 each.
If something needs a re-shoot
If we got it wrong, we fix it. Free, no conversation needed.
If everything was shot to plan and you'd just like to redo your on-camera or voiceover portions, we can do that for $195 — up to 60 minutes on site, reusing the b-roll and edit we've already built.
If you want to start over with a new concept, that's a fresh shoot at $595.

Travel: most shoots fall inside our service area. If your location is outside it, a travel fee may apply — we'll always confirm it with you before we book, never after.
